Meghan Markle Loves Looks That Reveal the Shoulders

Meghan Markle debuted a new navy blue suit upon arriving in Colombia with Prince Harry on Thursday. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in the capital Bogotá for the start of their four-day visit to the South American country, and Harry’s wife looked elegant as always.
The 43-year-old royal wore a Veronica Beard top on the first day of the couple’s trip, pairing a turtle-button top with matching ‘slim’ pants from the same brand.
Markle wore her hair up in a sleek bun while meeting Colombian Vice President Francia Marquez and her partner Rafael Jerni Pinillo.
Prince Harry, 39, coordinated with his wife in shades of blue, wearing a navy suit and light blue shirt.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met with Marquez to enjoy tea and coffee alongside traditional Colombian cheese bread, discussing their shared desires for a better digital future amid the announcement of the Dukes’ Parenting Network project earlier this month.
With her latest official appearance, Meghan once again demonstrated her true love for stylish looks in neutral colors, but also for designs that reveal her well-shaped shoulders, albeit with a more closed neckline.
This is the second time in recent weeks that the Duchess has worn a stylish cardigan with pants. The mother of two of King Charles’ grandchildren appeared in a St. Agni dress for the G9 Ventures Summer Meeting at the end of July.
Meghan also walked the red carpet at the 2024 ESPY Awards at the Dolby Theatre on July 11 in a similar look, an off-white outfit with a blouse that exposed her bare shoulders instead of a deep neckline. Markle attended the event to support her husband, who received an award. She looked stunning in her custom silk Oscar de la Renta dress in a style reminiscent of her second wedding dress by Stella McCartney (photo below).
Meghan has also worn similar styles in the past, showcasing her beautiful shoulders, and as we said, even her second wedding dress, for her marriage to Harry in 2018, had a similar look at the top.

In April of that year, Meghan appeared with a similar and again stunning look at a polo competition that her husband, Prince Harry, participated in in Miami. The couple was photographed in Florida for a charity polo match, filmed for a Netflix documentary about the elite sport that the prince excels at.
